Thoughtcraft Strategy LLC was founded by Kate, PhD, MPH, a senior proposal strategist with extensive experience supporting competitive federal funding efforts across research, higher education, and government contracting environments. Prior to founding Thoughtcraft, Kate held director-level leadership roles in university research development and industry proposal and business development organizations, working closely with investigators, technical teams, and business leaders on complex, high-value proposals and strategic initiatives.
To meet the unique demands of each engagement, Thoughtcraft draws upon a network of certified proposal professionals, subject-matter experts, and PhD-trained researchers across a range of disciplines. This collaborative model combines strategic insight, technical depth, and proposal expertise to support clients pursuing federal contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and research funding opportunities.
